For more than 70 years, our family has been dedicated to serving this community with honesty, hard work, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
What began in the 1950s with Alvin “Al” Junghans has grown through three generations, all while staying true to the values he built it on. Over time, our focus has evolved from insurance and real estate to full-service property management, general contracting, and complete real estate solutions for today’s clients.
In 2010, brothers Clint and Matt Junghans carried the business into its next chapter, continuing the family tradition while modernizing for a new era. Their leadership led to the return of insurance services, the addition of home construction, and eventually a full rebrand that brought everything together under Complete Real Estate Solutions.
Today, we’re proud to be a locally rooted, family-driven company that has grown with our community—and continues to help clients build, buy, sell, protect, and manage their most important investments.
OUR HISTORY
1953 - 1955
Originally Junghans Real Estate & Insurance Agency. AI Junghans started in 1953 in a little office in the building to the south of the current location.
1973 - 1976
Gary Junghans, AI’s son, started to work at the Real Estate and Insurance Agency in 1973. Gary bought the business in 1976.
1993
Gary Junghans stopped selling real estate & insurance in 1993, in an effort to focus solely on property management. In that same year Junghans Agency, Inc. was formed.
2010
Gary sold the property management business to his 2 sons, Clint and Matt Junghans. They are now the 3rd generation of Junghans to serve the Junction City/Ft. Riley area.
2022
Clint and Matt Junghans rebrand and move their company, now known as CRES, Complete Real Estate Solutions.
